Even though I have always loved this time of year, it hasn’t always been e-a-s-y. There have been many Decembers that I’ve wished away: “Only 2 more weeks of bad eating, and then I can start my diet,” or “I’m going to gain so much weight this month, I just need to make it to January…”
The good news though is that IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY. My wish for anyone reading this guide is a season filled with peace and presence that has nothing to do with what you look like.
