Meet Abigail – Your Guide to Food Freedom
Hi! I’m Abigail, and I know what it’s like to struggle with food and body image. For over twenty years, I was caught in the vicious cycle of dieting. The guilt, shame, and frustration were overwhelming.
Everything changed when I discovered intuitive eating. With the help of a coach, I learned to trust my body and made peace with food. Now, as a Registered Nurse and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I’m dedicated to helping women like you find the same freedom and peace.
My Mission: To empower you to see beyond diet culture, embrace intuitive eating, and develop a positive relationship with food and your body.

Our program is based on The Intuitive Eating Workbook by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. Here are the details:

Tuesdays at 10 am PST or Thursdays at 12 pm PST
